Politecnico di Milano offers several accommodation opportunities in buildings around the city. For more information, please visit this website. We offer single and double rooms, with private or shared bathroom (upon availability), and small apartments for max. 2 people. 

The buildings are located in different districts, all served by public transports. 

Note: Politecnico di Milano does not offer any accommodation for short term stays (less than 30 days). 

If you're going to stay short term, you should turn to private providers. We suggest you check solutions outside Milan city centre, where prices are more convenient. Milan is well connected to the neighboring towns by public transports (Cadorna, Centrale and Lambrate railway stations; red, green, yellow and purple metro lines; bus and tram - for more information about public transports, please visit the ATM and Trenord websites).

If you need long-term accommodation and are enrolled at Politecnico di Milano (regular PhD students included), please book online at this link. In order to proceed, you must be enrolled in Politecnico's AUnica database and have your personal code and password.

If you need long-term accommodation (more than 30 days), but you're not enrolled/hired by Politecnico di Milano (Visiting PhD/Researcher/Professor), please write an email to accommodation(at) and in cc to internationalwelcome-dica(at), writing down your period of stay (date of arrival and departure) and the type of accommodation you need (single room/apartment). Please keep in mind that check-in/check-out usually take place from Monday to Friday, during business hours. In addition, you cannot book rooms and/or apartments for your relatives/friends.
